Nurse
Full-time or part-time
We are looking for hard-working, reliable and experienced staff to join the team. We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications, training and experience.
NVQs either in level 2 or 3 are preferred but not desired. If you do not have an NVQ that is fine if you have 3-4 years' experience. Training courses are necessary to obtain for this role.
Salary is £24/25 per hour on weekdays.
Salary on weekends and bank holidays are £27/28.
Main duties: Look after patients physical and mental needs and help patients to participate in everyday activities. We expect our nurses to do their washing and dressing. While live in care is £700 per week.
Duties are to give out medication and care for:

Take them shopping to do social activities and to hospital appointments. We are scouting for someone who can preferably drive but is not essential.

Our medical home care services need a consultant to arrange files, answer any calls/emails and to interview potential new staff within the healthcare sector.
We are scouting for someone with 3-4 years' experience within this field. Another duty is to talk to new clients and see if they need us as a staffing solution for their care homes and hospitals.

Assistant Manager

At John Rhodes Health Care Ltd, we are looking for a highly experienced assistant manager with 3-4 years' experience. We are looking for a professional individual and someone who can demonstrate leadership qualities.
We expect you to go and assist clients with relevant information. Assistant manager will manage, maintain and make staffs rotas ensuring all is updated. Liaise and support clients with staffing solutions. Hold meetings within the workforce. Also to recruit, train and develop staff wanting to apply at John Rhodes Health Care Ltd.
